In the start of the season everyone thought that there is no chance for a club like Tottenham who can replicate their last season’s performance against top sides who have splashed a staggering amount of £174m,£149m and £122.3m in the transfer window to bring a whole bunch of world class players to their sides but guess what it didn’t matter at all because as of today Spurs beat Manchester City 2-0, the side who spent £174m was beaten by a side who just spent a mere amount of £70.1m in the transfer window. Under Nigel Pearson, Leicester city were fighting for their ‘Premier League’ lives last season. He brought ‘Leicester‘ up from the lower leagues and helped them in staying up. After that though, ‘Leicester‘ decided to appoint ex-Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri to take them forward. Since then Leicester have been almost unstoppable. Gems from the ‘Transfer Window’

The influx of television and sponsorship money has given ‘Premier League’ clubs greater leeway in the transfer market this season. Newly promoted sides Bournemouth, Watford and Leicester are using these funds to further improve their positions in the table. On the other hand, teams in the relegation zone are also investing these funds in the transfer market to save themselves from falling down in the ‘Championship’. Who can be Chelsea’s Savior?

Jose Mourinho has no shortage of quality players when it comes to his Chelsea team. Recently though, almost all of his players have been subject to tremendous amount of criticism by the media and the Chelsea faithfuls as well. Weekend Review: Match day 12

Match day 12 of the Premier league was a dream for the clubs who are trying to catch up to the top two teams in the table as both Manchester City and Arsenal drew their respective matches. On the other end Bournemouth slipped into the relegation zone and Sunderland’s woes increased as they lost to Southampton. They were a few surprises installed for us as Klopp’s Liverpool were beaten by Crystal Palace and Chelsea were beaten by Stoke City.
